The ultimate goal of these pages is to help us help you. If we can provide the answers you need the moment you need them, we have accomplished our mission of strengthening the human-animal bond and possibly prevented another animal from arriving at our shelter. This page will be constantly updated; in the interim we have provided a framework to demonstrate our ability to help. If the question you have is not yet answered on these pages, e-mail us or call us at (541) 757-9000. We are working as quickly as possible to write online solutions to all of these questions and problems, but please bear in mind each answer requires hours of collecting information and collecting our thoughts into a brief, thorough, clear, and helpful resolution. Your patience is appreciated.
