[8.26.2003] 16 PUPPIES ARRIVE FROM ARIZONA SHELTER Janis Kuzma transports 16 mixed breed puppies scheduled for euthanasia at Arizona shelter to Heartland, where all were placed in loving homes within 10 days. Thanks to the support of its community, Heartland no longer needs to euthanize dogs for space.
